About This Package

Polosang Village is the last village of Kurung side and it is reservation area for Puroik caste which count as minority tribe in the Kurung Kumey District of Arunachal Pradesh, India, borders Tibet and sits at an altitude of 4100 feet. Located on the left bank of the Kurung River, a major tributary of the Subansiri, the village is surrounded by imposing mountains. The climate features rainy, cool summers and very cold winters, often with snowfall. Sarli is approximately 278 kilometers from the state capital, Itanagar, and 45 kilometers from the district headquarters in Koloriang. The village is predominantly inhabited by the Nyishi tribe, offering visitors a rich cultural experience amidst stunning natural scenery. Its relative isolation and untouched landscapes make Polosang an ideal location for immersive cultural experiences, nature exploration, and documentary filmmaking.
