About This Package

Ruba Village, the last village nearest to the Indo-Tibetan border, is located in the Kurung Kumey District of Arunachal Pradesh, India. Situated at an altitude of 4300 feet, the village is nestled amidst high mountains and lies on the left bank of the Kumey River, a significant tributary of the Subansiri. The climate is characterized by rainy, cool summers and very cold winters, with potential snowfall. Ruba is approximately 287 kilometers from the state capital, Itanagar, and 35 kilometers from the district headquarters in Koloriang. The village is predominantly inhabited by the Nyishi tribe, offering visitors a unique opportunity to experience their rich culture and the region's stunning natural beauty.
